Love Your Floors Promise

No Questions Asked Replacement Warranty

Many Luna carpet styles carry a Love Your Floors Promise Replacement Warranty. If at any time after installation and during the term of your replacement warranty you wish to change your new carpet to a different style or color carpet, Luna will replace it with a different style or color carpet of equal or lesser value. No questions asked! Should you wish to replace your carpet with a carpet upgrade, you may do so by paying the difference in the price. No monetary compensation will be paid if a lower priced product is selected. 

This is one-time only replacement and does not include replacement of cushion or reinstallation charges. Simply call Luna at 877-241-LUNA within the time frame of the warranty and indicate you wish to choose another carpet using the Love Your Floors Promise Replacement Warranty. This is a replacement warranty and does not apply to matters covered by other warranties. 

Replacements include materials only. Reinstallation labor and labor to move furniture, permanent construct (built-ins such as cabinets and bookcases), equipment or electronics is the responsibility of the customer.

No replacements will be made with respect to carpet that has been glued down, subject to abuse, vandalism, alteration or damage cause by smoke, fire, wind, lightning or any other casualty even. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a Luna carpet that has been professionally installed by a Luna authorized independent contractor.

Luna's Star System is a labeling approach that assigns specific criteria for each of three carpet categories: 3-Star, 4-Star, and 5-Star. The system works across all of Luna's carpet brands.

Lifetime Installation Warranty

Lifetime Installation Warranty

Luna guarantees the quality of workmanship to be professional and in keeping with standards set by the flooring industry. Should further installation service attributable to the original installation of your flooring be required during the life of your floors, Luna will return and provide that service at no cost to you for the life of the floor. “Life of the Floor” is defined by lifespan of the homeowner’s occupancy.

This Lifetime Limited Installation Warranty is valid only for original owner-occupied residential installations performed by a Luna authorized independent contractor and will be invalid if the flooring condition is due to improper maintenance or cleaning, abuse, excessive moisture, vandalism or alteration.

Please note that in most installations, seams are necessary. Our installers are trained to minimize seams; however, seams are inevitable and may be visible. This is normal and should be expected, and is not covered by this Limited Installation Warranty.
