Luna's Star Selling System makes our warranties easy to understand and, even more importantly, easy to compare.
Luna's Star System is a labeling approach that assigns specific criteria for each of three carpet categories: 3-Star, 4-Star, and 5-Star. The system works across all of Luna's carpet brands.
Although there are a few exceptions within categories, the packages of features and benefits for each of the star ratings are outlined below:
